Martin Garrix revealed that he would drop seven tracks in as many days through Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), which ran from Wednesday 19th to Sunday 23rd October.
The Dutchman started sharing the material on Saturday 15th October with his Mesto collaboration ‘WIEE’. You can listen to all seven tracks below, which include material Garrix produced with Jay Hardway, Florian Picasso, Dawn Golden, The Federal Empire, Julian Jordan, Matisse and Sadko.
Voting for the 2016 edition of DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs Poll, the world’s biggest music ballot, is now open, and closes at 11.59pm BST on Wednesday 14th September.
The 2016 winner will be crowned at the Top 100 DJs Poll Awards on Wednesday 19th October at Amsterdam’s Heineken Music Hall; the show is the opening night of AMF, which is held during the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE). The event will feature DJ sets from the world’s No.1 DJ, and some of the biggest names in global dance music.
If the titles weren’t enough, then the sounds of Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s tracks ‘Tremor’ and ‘Body Talk (Mammoth)’ with their hippo-sized basslines, shrieking hyena riffs and drum-rolls that stampede like rhinos show that Belgian brothers Dimitri and Michael Thivaois are amongst dance music’s big beasts. And they’ve been roaming far and wide this year, playing across Mexico, Brazil and the UK, launching a new residency in Ibiza, and returning home to the Tomorrowland festival, which they’ve headlined for five years.
The dust has settled on this year's Top 100 DJs results, and Dutch don Hardwell's crowning as The World's No.1 DJ for the second successive year.
