Native Instruments launches Komplete Now subscription service
Native Instruments has launched Komplete Now, a new subscription service for their range of plugins and instruments. Komplete Now includes flagship NI products like Massive X and Battery 4 and Kontakt sampler instruments like Retro Machines Mk2, LoFi Glow and FX Replika and Raum.
Native Instruments also say they’ll be adding more to the subs package with more instruments and FX planned, with the first plugin being MELTED VIBES, part of NI’s Play Series.

Native Instruments celebrate 25 years with limited edition hardware
Music production and DJ company Native Instruments has celebrated 25 years with a release of limited edition hardware controllers. The birthday is also being celebrated with a new free plugin called TWENTY FIVE. There are six limited edition bits of hardware in total with Ultraviolet and Vapor Gray versions of Maschine+, Maschine Mk3, Komplete Kontrol S49/S61, Traktor Kontrol S4 and Traktor Kontrol X1. Each has been hand-numbered and has a new reflective graphic commemorating NI’s anniversary.

Native Instruments has released a new charity soundpack to raise funds for Girls Make Beats, featuring producer !llmind who’s worked with Drake, Ariana Grande and Kayne West, as well as sounds from UK rapper Flohio, vocalist and producer Jamie Lidell, Zola Jesus, Telefon Tel Aviv, SOFI TUKKER and more.
Traktor Pro 3.5 launches with Beatport LINK and CDJ-3000 integration
Native Instruments has updated Traktor Pro to version 3.5, adding integration with Beatport LINK streaming and integration with Pioneer DJ’s latest CDJ-3000s.
The update – announced back in May 2021 – has gone through a round of public beta and is now available to download for free for Traktor Pro users.
iZotope and Native Instruments team up for free plugins and discounts
iZotope and Native Instruments recently announced a merger under a new umbrella company and to celebrate they’re offering you the chance to download two of their plugins for free. NI are offering up Hybrid Keys, a Kontakt instrument full of keyboards, synths, pads, mallets and more. It also features a flexible GUI that can morph between sample layers creating unique synth tones.

iZotope and Native Instruments join forces under new audio creator group
Native Instruments and iZotope have joined forces to create an umbrella group focussed on "new creative possibilities for musicians, producers, and audio engineers". The new allegiance will see both companies continue to operate under their own brands, with no structural changes to either organisation. The new group is backed by Francisco Partners, who acquired EMH Partner's majority shares in NI back in January this year.
