Skrillex has been teasing fans with new material, playing a new, as-yet-untitled track that was first heard at Fuji Rock, then again - where it was captured in the video below - at Contact Festival in Vancouver.
Those hoping for a return to the mid-range dubstep of his most popular years will have to wait a little longer though, as his new material continues his trajectory into poppier water.
It follows a 2018 that saw Skrillex keep a mostly low profile, preferring to work the controls for the likes of Camila Cabello, The Weeknd, Kimbra, Jennifer Lopez and Lykke Li rather than release his own material, while also remixing Kendrick Lamar and working with his original band From First To Last.
