HITO LAUNCHES NEW BERLIN-BASED PARTY SERIES, OTO
It's kicking off at IPSE on 31st August...
Japanese-born, Berlin-based techno DJ HITO is set to curated a new event series at IPSE in Berlin later this month, kicking off on 31st August and cryptically titled OTO.
OTO — which is Japanese for 'sound' — will see HITO joined by a slew of established and up-and-coming guests who hail from Germany, Japan and across the globe, with a focus on pure and organic-sounding techno sonics.
For the first show on 31st August, HITO will be joined by Cocoon's Egbert and Sci + Tech's Sudo who'll both play live on the night, alongside music from Marc Houle and Japan's Anri.
Each of the artists will play on the much-lauded PLAYdifferently MODEL 1 mixer, created by techno legend Richie Hawtin and music technology innovator Andy Rigby-Jones, of which HITO is also an ambassador.
