Cressida goes into techno meltdown on new track, 'Folded'
Taken from the latest 12" on LDNwht...
Cressida continues his assault on eardrums worldwide with a rampant techno cut for LDNwht.
'Folded' drops 23rd June as part of the fifth release from the vinyl-only label's VA series, alongside material from Nur Jaber, V111 and T A K A.
Recently appearing in DJ Mag's monthly up-and-coming artists feature, Berlin-based Brit, Cressida, is quickly becoming known for his gritty, sledgehammer tracks, blending hard-nosed techno with experimental sonics to devastating effect.
His new track 'Folded' continues in this vein, offering a driving four-to-the-floor rhythm and increasingly panicked synth-line, all coated in a layer of overdriven, industrial noise for that killer, roughneck sound.
Pick up a copy of the vinyl from Juno from this Friday, and in the meantime, check out Cressida's 'Folded' below.
