A$AP Rocky will return to Sweden to perform in December
The headline performance will take place in Stockholm
A$AP Rocky will perform a headline gig in the Swedish city of Stockholm next month.
Rocky will play at the Ericsson Globe on the 11th December and tickets go on sale next week. A portion of profits from the show will be donated to FARR, a network of refugee support groups based in Sweden.
The show will be the rapper's first performance after being found guilty of assault by a Swedish court, for his part in a fight that took place in Stockholm earlier this summer. The rapper – real name Rakim Mayers – who has previously collaborated with Swedish House Mafia, was first released on 2nd August with his two bodyguards. All three argued self-defence and returned to the US after the court has ruled that the assault was “not of such a serious nature that a prison sentence must be chosen”.
Boys Noize and A$AP Rocky collaborated on new single 'Babushka Boi' during the summer.
