Very rare that a track can combine a wistfully whistled mainline with a more euphoric (and less darker, techier) tone. Aimoon pulls it off with aplomb on ‘Fusion’ though. Aircutting synths, plenty of lower-end squelch and chord & pad work that’ll have you swallowing hard all contribute to its effect.
