Under the production guidance of Dave ‘Joey Negro’ Lee, his boogie/disco troupe, The Sunburst Band, front the next Z Records release. The first release of 2014 for the London-based band sees new versions of previous, soulful faves, ‘Trust Me’ and ‘Only Time Will Tell’ get new production twists from veteran hip-hop to house DJ, Spinna, and house head Ross Couch. Spinna’s remixes steal the show, produced in a style that nods to vintage Trax and DJ International, with their aptly named ‘Nostalgic Dub’ and ‘Nostalgic Vocal’ versions.
