Right now, I have on a blue Juicy Couture top, a pair of 1921 jeans (I love their fit), and some flip flops – my favourite clothes for relaxing in after a long weekend of gigs.
Favorite designers / labels?
That's a hard question as I have so many I like! I adore T-Bag dresses. They are lovely pieces, yet actually comfortable. I've worn these dresses a bunch of times while DJing. They're great when you're playing at a hot outdoor event. Usually I'm DJing inside so I'm more apt to wear denim. I like True Religion, Diesel, 1921, 7 For All Mankind. I'm also a sucker for a nice Gucci handbag!
Favorite boutique / store?
There is this great boutique in Sherman Oaks called Rumor that I end up shopping at all the time. I usually buy lots of dresses there, although they have a nice selection of tops and pants as well. Some of the designers/labels I like there are T-Bag, Augustine, and Interlud. Check out www.shoprumor.com
How do you shop? Online? Often?
I don't shop that often, but when I do I like to physically go to the stores. My online adventures with clothes never seem to work out as well as trying the outfit on at the shop. Although, I have successfully purchased many hats and bags online.
Favorite blog / site?
Well, to be honest the one I check out the most is the Om Records site of course! The Omies are always uploading funny clips, news on the label and artists and more. It's a good way to keep in touch with what's happening at the label and also have a laugh! Check out www.om-records.com/blog.
Most treasured item?
That's easy...my engagement ring. It signifies one of the most special and surprising moments in my life.
What are you up to? Future projects, etc.
I'm about to release my second artist album 'Push'. Besides my DJ tour, I'm also touring with a band for the first time. I'm really excited to venture into this arena as it allows me to stretch myself as an artist plus the guys in my band are great and I'm looking forward to going on the road with them this fall.
