Pioneer DJ have teamed up with turntablist Jazzy Jeff on a new controller for Serato. The DDJ-SB3 features a new Pad Scratch mode, emulating a series of scratch types that remain in sync with the bpm of the track. The scratch options go from basic to complex, mimicking some classic scratch techniques.
The idea is that users can listen to the scratches and try nd replicate them using the jog wheels on the SB3. Having been recently updated, Serato DJ Lite comes bundled with the unit, which costs £229.
