It's 15 years ago today since Kemistry, one half of pioneering drum & bass partnership Kemistry & Storm, was killed in a freak motor accident.
The pair played an important part in the emergence of drum & bass in the mid-90s — they were the ones who first took Goldie raving, introducing him to the scene and soon becoming DJs themselves.
On the release of their mix for the prestigious 'DJ Kicks' series in 1999 — a big deal not just for the gals but for the drum & bass secne as a whole — DJ Mag went on the road with the duo. Today we've pulled out the feature from the archives to remember Kemistry by. Everyone who knew Kemi remembers a very special person. RIP.
